"Petals in the Wind" - 16x20 acrylic on canvas
This was a really fun painting. I had painted the background
... shades of yellow and orange previously, and just added the
center ... painted with fingers, no brush. I am trying to
go up in size... each size has it's challenges, as acrylic

I cannot really appreciate the difference in size of canvas etc because they all look the same size to me viewing on site...so that part is lost to me although I understand through your words...and regarding words...I love the way the 'wind' has blown the flowers/picture in to what looks like the frame...

This looks like it was very freeing to paint. I love the true blowing effect. Makes me want to stand in a windstorm with flower petals flying all around my head. Nice thoughts come with that image. Ahhhhhhhh.
