Rushing In
All my life, it seems, I've spent 'rushing'...
to do this, to do that, to do so many things...
and where am I now? Still rushing.
BUT... in that small piece of time,
doing this little painting... ahhh....
I stopped rushing,
and simply painted "Rushing In."
It felt good.
You can do it too. Buy you some poster paints, some paper...
quality or scraps... and do a little painting... just from inside you...
from your heart. It feels good.
